Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your registration for, attendance at, and participation in FreedomFest 2026 (the “Event”) and your use of related websites, landing pages, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering for the Event, attending the Event, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for FreedomFest 2026, attending the Event, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules provided by FasterFreedom for the Event.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to comply with these Terms.

3. Event Registration & Attendance

Event registration is subject to availability and completion of payment (if applicable). You agree to provide accurate registration information and to comply with all rules, instructions, and guidelines provided for the Event. FasterFreedom reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to any person at its sole discretion. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund. You are responsible for your own transportation, accommodations (unless otherwise specified), and compliance with all applicable laws and venue policies during the Event.

4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation

Event registration may require payment of fees as indicated during the registration process. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at FasterFreedom's sole discretion. FasterFreedom reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the Event (including dates, times, location, speakers, or content) at any time. In the event of cancellation by FasterFreedom, we will provide a full refund of registration fees paid. FasterFreedom is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may incur in connection with the Event. You may transfer your registration to another person with prior written notice to FasterFreedom, subject to approval.

5. Intellectual Property & Media

All content, materials, presentations, handouts, and intellectual property provided during FreedomFest 2026 and through the Services are owned by FasterFreedom or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not record (audio or video), reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Event content without prior written permission. By attending the Event, you grant FasterFreedom the right to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness at the Event and to use such materials for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes without compensation to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Disrupting, interfering with, or engaging in behavior that distracts from the Event or Services;
• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
• Recording (audio or video) or live-streaming Event content without permission;
• Copying, distributing, or modifying Event materials without permission;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other attendees, speakers, or staff;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration;
• Soliciting, selling, or distributing materials without authorization;
• Violating venue policies or local laws;
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive by FasterFreedom.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FreedomFest 2026 and the Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. FasterFreedom does not guarantee specific results, investment outcomes, or any particular benefit from attending the Event. The information presented at the Event is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FasterFreedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your registration for, attendance at, or participation in the Event, or use of the Services. FasterFreedom is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property at the Event venue.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FasterFreedom and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your attendance at or participation in the Event, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Modifications to Event or Terms

FasterFreedom reserves the right to modify, suspend, reschedule, or cancel the Event or Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued registration for or attendance at the Event, or use of the Services, constitutes acceptance of such changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of material changes to the Event.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation as agreed by the parties, or in courts located in Missouri if arbitration is not applicable.
